- Super lightweight,24 inch 30mm wide 30mm deep carbon 507 rim are constructed from Toray T700 & T800 that structure minimize the rotational weight.
- 4D Drill Technology. The 4 directions angled spoke drilling holes that follow the path of the spokes. Make the rim greater strength and durability.
- Specific resin rims brake track is designed for BMX race and street. Carbon specific pad required.
- Wider Design. gives a slightly larger volume to the tyre, meaning you can run less air pressure for a better ride, while still maintaining rolling speed.
- The inside of the rim had been especially designed for high pressure tyre mounting. The rims are super stiff and strong, yet still achieve a low weight.
- Low Profile Design for optimum stiffness and damping. Reduces the buffeting effect of cross winds on outdoor tracks. Don’t be afraid of crosswinds at the track anymore!
- Carbon 507 rim is used for folding bike/kid's bike（410±15g），for bmx racing（430±15g）.
- Bmx bike rims 507 are Clincher tire type.

Manufacturing process:
Carbon rims are made in one piece molding, each rim is made by one piece long carbon fiber, no wrinkles, to make the strength of rim is the strongest. And we use a unique process to remove the air bladder from the valve hole, so that the rim does not have to be patched like traditional manufacturers use.
